Summer Training 2026 Posts

I’ll writing and scheduling out my runs to post at 5:00 AM the top of each morning, kicking off on Monday morning, June 8, 2026.

They’ll be linked to the ‘MY TRAINING PLAN’ tab.

The summer plan consists of daily workouts 6 days a week:

  • Mondays: Easy Run

  • Tuesday: Effort Run

    • Time Trials

    • Progression Runs

    • Circuit Workouts

    • One-on-One-off

    • Repeats

    • etc.

  • Wednesday: Cross Training Sessions

  • Thursday: Easy Run, Hills, Strides

  • Friday: Easy or Cross Training

  • Saturday: Long Run

  • Sunday: Rest
