Summer Training 2026 Posts
I’ll writing and scheduling out my runs to post at 5:00 AM the top of each morning, kicking off on Monday morning, June 8, 2026.

The summer plan consists of daily workouts 6 days a week:
Mondays: Easy Run
Tuesday: Effort Run
Time Trials
Progression Runs
Circuit Workouts
One-on-One-off
Repeats
etc.
Wednesday: Cross Training Sessions
Thursday: Easy Run, Hills, Strides
Friday: Easy or Cross Training
Saturday: Long Run
Sunday: Rest
